7u7 Neon (referred to hereinafter as the "Platform", "we", or "7u7 Neon") is an online sports betting and gaming platform operating for adult users in Bangladesh and other countries. These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legal agreement between 7u7 Neon and its members.

These Terms & Conditions were last updated in January 2026. They may be revised at any time, and members will be notified of any changes via email.

• By opening an account, you automatically agree to these Terms & Conditions.

To register at 7u7 Neon, you must meet the following requirements. All information provided during registration must be truthful, accurate, and complete. Accounts created using false information may be suspended at any time.

• You must be 18 years of age or older to register.
• Each person may register only one account.
• Opening multiple accounts from the same IP address is strictly prohibited.
• The name, date of birth, and phone number used during registration must be your own.
• Registration is not permitted from countries where online betting is prohibited by law.

7u7 Neon follows a KYC (Know Your Customer) process to ensure platform security. All members are required to verify their identity within a specified timeframe. Withdrawals may be restricted until verification is complete.

Any one of the following documents may be required for verification:

• National ID (NID) — clear photos of both sides.
• Scanned copy of the first page of your passport.
• Government-issued driving licence.
• Proof of current address — bank statement or utility bill (issued within the last 3 months).
• Proof of payment method ownership — verification of your Mobile Pay/Nagad/Rocket number.

7u7 Neon supports the most popular payment methods in Bangladesh. All deposits must be made from your own account — third-party deposits are not accepted.

• Minimum deposit amount: ৳500.
• Deposits are usually credited to your account instantly.
• All deposits are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT).
• No additional charges are applied to deposits.
• Deposits are accepted via Mobile Pay, Nagad, Rocket, and USDT.

Withdrawals at 7u7 Neon are simple and straightforward. Members may withdraw their winnings at any time, subject to the conditions below.

• Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳1,000.
• Withdrawals can only be made to the same payment method used for the deposit.
• KYC verification must be completed before your first withdrawal.
• Standard withdrawals are processed within 15 minutes to 24 hours.
• Winnings derived from bonuses must meet the specified wagering requirements before withdrawal.
• Additional verification may be required for suspicious transactions.

7u7 Neon offers various bonuses and promotions. Each bonus has its own terms, which must be read before claiming. Bonus abuse is strictly prohibited.

• Welcome Bonus: Up to 100% on your first deposit — maximum ৳10,000. Wagering requirement: 10x.
• Reload Bonus: Up to 50% on weekly deposits. Wagering requirement: 8x.
• Cashback Bonus: 5–15% on weekly net losses. No wagering requirements.
• The same bonus cannot be claimed more than once.
• Any attempt to collect bonuses through multiple accounts will result in all associated accounts being closed.
• 7u7 Neon reserves the right to modify or cancel any bonus offer at any time.

The following rules apply to all betting activity on 7u7 Neon at all times. They cover all sports, live betting, and other events without exception.

• Once a bet is placed, it cannot be changed or cancelled (except via the cash-out feature).
• 7u7 Neon reserves the right to void bets accepted at incorrect odds due to a system error.
• Pre-match bets will not be accepted after a match has started.
• The cash-out feature is only available on select events and is subject to current market conditions.
• Betting on both sides of a match ("arbitrage betting") is strictly prohibited.
• 7u7 Neon reserves the right to adjust betting limits.

In live betting, odds change rapidly. There may be a slight difference between the odds shown when placing a bet and those at the time the bet is accepted — this is normal, and all bets will be settled at the accepted odds.

7u7 Neon is committed to maintaining a fair and secure platform. The following activities are strictly prohibited and subject to penalties.

• Opening or using multiple accounts.
• Making deposits or withdrawals using another person's payment account.
• Using match-fixing information to influence or predict betting outcomes.
• Attempting to hack or manipulate the platform's software.
• Placing bets using bots or automated software.
• Using the platform for money laundering purposes.
• Harassing or defrauding other members.

7u7 Neon reserves the right to temporarily or permanently close any account under the following circumstances.

• Violation of the Terms & Conditions.
• Registering with false or incomplete information.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe.
• Account inactive for an extended period (12 months).
• The member requests account closure themselves.

7u7 Neon is committed to responsible gaming. Betting is entertainment — not a source of income. We want every member to enjoy betting in a safe and healthy way.

• You can set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits.
• You can activate self-exclusion for a set period.
• Cooling-Off Period: Choose anywhere from 24 hours up to 6 months.
• Reality Check: Receive periodic reminders of your gaming session duration.
• If you need professional support, we can refer you to the appropriate organization.

If you have a dispute or complaint, we always aim to resolve it amicably. Please follow the steps below.

• Step Three: For complex matters, our specialist team will issue a final decision within 7 business days.

Withdrawals for the account in question may be temporarily suspended during dispute resolution. However, once the investigation concludes in the member's favor, all outstanding amounts will be settled.

7u7 Neon reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. The following process will be followed when changes are made.

• For major changes, members will be notified by email at least 7 days in advance.
• Minor changes will be updated on this page, and the "Last Updated" date will be revised accordingly.
• Continued use of the platform after any changes takes effect will be considered acceptance of the updated Terms & Conditions.
• If you do not agree to the updated terms, you may request to close your account.
